Total Calories Burned: roughly 475 (forgot my heart rate monitor)

Warm-Up Circuit (repeat 4x):

  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 20 Sit-Ups (3x – my butt cut reopened)
  • 25 Bicycle Crunches (1x in the circuit)
  • 25 Squats
  • 20 Lunges (10 per leg)
  • 80 Jumping Jacks
  • 60 second Wall Squat

For day 5 of my fit and fabulous plan 🙂
