We need to make sure that we keep inspiring each other and not bringing each other down…just a few quotes I came across tonight that I am keeping in mind.
My beau and I
I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it full speed ahead. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it and above all become passionate about it. Lukewarm is no good. Hot is no good, either. White hot and passionate is the only thing to be.

This is truly what I have come to realize in the past year. You have to have something you are passionate about to live a happy and healthy life.
With Cinco De Mayo quickly approaching, I only found it appropriate to post this wonderful cocktail recipe called: The Pure Mexican Maragarita from theKitchn.com.
2 ounces (1/4 cup) tequila
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 ounce (1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons) agave nectar or 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Simple Syrup
3/4 ounce (1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons) cold water
1 slice lime (sliced crosswise into a wheel)
3 tablespoons kosher salt, optional
Shake the tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and water vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass or coupe filled with ice. Garnish with the wheel of lime.
Optional garnish: before filling the glass with ice, moisten the rim and dip it in a dish of kosher salt.
ENJOY THIS AMAZING MARGARITA! I know I will be this Cinco De Mayo
